To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns, ID Badge Inc. offers excellent sales and technical support. We are in constant contact with our manufactures and software developers in order to ensure that you get the product or service that you desire.


The following items are Not Returnable:


- Software
- Parts
- Cables
- Ribbons
- Print Heads

DOA/Damaged Goods


For DOA and/or damaged goods, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Depending on the manufacturer, you will be instructed to either return the product to us or to the manufacturer directly.

Non-Defective Goods


ID Badge, Inc. offers a 10 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. There are some manufacturers today that do not offer returns on their products. We try to have all warranty information on our website. If warranty information is unclear, please check with your sales representative. There may be a Manufacturer Implied Warranty that is the sole discretion of the Manufacturer.

Obtaining an RMA Number


To initiate your return call 1-904-421-3885 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, before shipping your product. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days only.

Return Requirements


The following defines our Return Policy:


All returns/exchanges will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15-25% (varies by manufacturer and condition) or $50, whichever is more.

The following criteria must be met:


(a) All returned items must have a valid Return Authorization prior to return. Any product(s) received without an RMA number or an expired RMA number will be returned unopened.
(b) All original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside) must be returned.
(c) Please, no writing on any product(s) packages or boxes.
(d) All manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bag, etc must be included; just as you received them.
(e) All product(s) must be clean and without scratches or usage marks of any kind.

Credit will be issued only after inspection. Items opened and used are NOT returnable under any condition. We will refund shipping costs only in the event that the return is a result of our error. We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or United States Parcel Post and that you fully insure your return shipment for loss or damage. We also recommend using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
